Mods

Some mods are not made with LOD generation in mind or require updated rules and configs for best compatibility. This is especially true for example with mods modifying the walled cities.

Use the official DynDOLOD support forum to provide feedback or to ask any questions in order to achieve better compatibility with mods in order to have the tools and automatic processes improved and to receive qualified answers and help.

Ignore any instructions or comments made by persons who do not use DynDOLOD or did not bother to read the documentation or did not use the official DynDOLOD support forum in order to receive qualified support to have their "issues" fixed.

Any instruction to overwrite TexGen output or DynDOLOD output is always wrong and incompatible and should be ignored.

Temporarily disabling mods or plugins is a troubleshooting step and not a fix. If it helps to get past a problem or issue, it means that the problem or issue should be investigated, fixed and reported or discussed on the official DynDOLOD support forum.

For all intends and purposes, LOD and its generation works the same for each supported game mode.

Beyond Skyrim - Bruma

The download archive does not contains all data and assets required for LOD generation.

SkyFalls and SkyMills

There is no need to keep SkyFalls and SkyMills because DynDOLOD adds dynamic object LOD for waterfalls, windmill fans and water wheels.
