Wrong Billboard Path

A mod contains a LOD billboard with a wrong path.

The mod should be updated by moving the LOD billboard to the correct path.

The installed LOD billboard with the wrong path will be used by DynDOLOD 3 in case a LOD billboard can not be found at the correct path.

Do not install any 3rd party LOD billboards from mods. Use TexGen to generate all of them.
